 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don’t do it! My roof that was replaced two years ago started to leak so not a great start to what only gets worse. We placed a tarp up there while we waited several days for them to come. They “fixed” the roof, took down the tarp and left. Fast forward a week and I’m paying a contractor to fix the inside. When he starts looking, it turns out the leak is not fixed. The best Waddle can do is send someone after the weekend full of rain to come and look again. So here we are faced with the prospect of climbing on our own roof again to cover a hole with tarp or just let it rain and cause more damage all weekend.
For those people who had a good experience, I’ve also had two contractors question the quality of the roof itself citing that there’s not enough ventilation and the corners have left places where bats could potentially get in. So while I know this now because of the leak, I wouldn’t have otherwise and am looking at the prospect of replacing the roof many years earlier than if it was done well.
Waddle have said they’ll come and assess the potential issues I’ve flagged eventually but need to focus on the leak for now so I’m not feeling optimistic.
I will say the person I’ve chatted with on the phone has been lovely and understanding but there’s only so much those folk can do.

Dennis and a partner showed up today and they did excellent work.   From the estimation of damage to fixing, this was a smooth process.   Free estimation and there was no pressure to hire them. They are the few contracted installers we could find in our area for that specific product. Tyler came out and was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done and walking us through the process with insurance. I felt he was very honest and upfront and great to work with. Dennis came out to install the toppers. He texted when he was on his way and was easy to communicate with. Waiting for our first rain fall but, feel confident we went with a good company should we need any more help down the line.
