It took one full day to complete the roof. Any additional costs we were contacted immediately prior to doing. It was a messy site during the process but was not left over night. The crew made sure to clean up better than they found it then came back the next day to ensure it was clean. Sales Rep, Office Staff, and Roof Crew were all professional and easy to work with.

In my experience it is the only system you install and forget: you will NEVER clean your gutters again. On my current home I have a commercial type rubber roof (low slope). Waddle worked with me to provide a perfect, unusual application and Rory and Carlos did an amazing job. We had a massive hail storm come through West Des Moines earlier this year -- I called Waddle Exteriors … More and several other company out to provide quotes for repair. It wasn't even a question; We choose to go with Waddle Exteriors because they were the best choice. Jamie was out the next day and provided us with a comprehensive overview of the damage and then set our exceptions - making sure all our questions and followup questions were answered. They lived up to those exceptions and more. They also went to bat for us for damage the inspector missed. Their staff was extremely helpful too! They also answered all our questions promptly.
